I had been hesitant to go to the dentist for a long time and hadn’t been in over five years. I finally decided to visit Dr. Zain’s office, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Dr. Zain made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to do a thorough checkup and cleaning. He also took the time to clearly explain the issues in my mouth and what steps we can take to address them, which I really appreciated. I never felt rushed or pressured into unnecessary procedures; he focused on what was actually needed! I left the office feeling very satisfied. The staff was kind and friendly, and they even gave me a small gift bag with goodies on the way out, which was a nice touch. I absolutely loved the gift as it made me feel like a kid again. Overall, a very positive experience, and I’ll definitely be making him my permanent dentist.
